Fill in Your Details
Enter your first and last name, a unique username, your email address, and a secure password.
Submit & Sign In
Click "Create Account" and you're in. You can now browse, save items and place orders.
Already have an account? Click "Login" in the top navigation and enter your username and password.
How to Browse & Search Products
Find exactly what you're looking for
Use the Search Bar
Type any product name, keyword or store name into the search bar on the home page or catalogue page.
Browse by Category
Use the category pills at the top of the catalogue to filter products by type — clothing, food, crafts and more.
Visit a Store
Click on any seller's store name to visit their storefront and see all their available products in one place.
How to Add to Cart & Checkout
Placing your order is quick and simple
Add Items to Cart
On any product page, click "Add to Cart". You can add items from multiple sellers in one cart.
Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon to review your items, update quantities or remove anything you don't want.
Pin Your Delivery Location
At checkout, drop a pin on the map to set your exact delivery location. Your delivery fee is calculated live based on the road distance from the seller to you.
Choose Payment & Confirm
Select your preferred payment method and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation with your order number.

Safe and convenient ways to pay
MoMo Pay
Pay instantly using your MTN Mobile Money account. Fast, secure and widely used across Eswatini.
Debit / Credit Card
Pay with any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your order arrives. You'll receive a 6-digit confirmation code — hand it to the driver to confirm receipt.
All online payments on SwaziSwap are encrypted and secure. We never store your card details.

From seller to your door
Order Pending
Your order has been placed and payment confirmed. Our team has been notified.
Collected from Seller
Our driver has collected your items from the seller and is heading to the warehouse.
Processing
Your order is being packaged and tagged at our facility, ready for delivery.
Out for Delivery
Your order is on its way to you! Our driver is heading to your delivery pin.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered. Enjoy your purchase from a local Eswatini seller!
You can track your order status and view staff notes at any time by visiting My Orders in your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
What to do if something goes wrong
Contact Us Within 7 Days
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or doesn't arrive at all, submit a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We Investigate
Our team will review your case within 3 business days, liaising with the seller and our delivery team to understand what happened.
Resolution
Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a replacement, a re-delivery or a full refund to your original payment method.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return (except damaged or defective goods). Perishable, personalised or non-returnable items are excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or lost.
